Andy Shidner, President. A lifelong avid outdoor enthusiast, Andy is also and innkeeper and organic gardner at Currant Ridge Lodge in McCarthy.
Harold Blehm, Vice President. A former park service ranger, and Valdez firefighter, Harold has long been an advocate for outdoor recreation. He is a member of the State Parks Advisory Board and Valdez Planning and Zoning Commission. 
Sue Bergstrom, Treasurer. Sue is the glue that holds together KCHU, the public radio station serving Prince William Sound. 
Tim Carlson, board member. Tim is a math professor at Prince William Sound College who has been a stalwart volunteer at events and trail work projects since the inception of L49.

Heidi Franke. Heidi is an academic advisor at Prince William Sound College helping students succeed in educational goals. She also enjoys art, kayaking and is a volunteer firefighter.
Jenny Heckathorn. Jenny teaches science and health at Valdez High School. She is also a board member of the Sound Wellness Alliance Network (SWAN).
Scott Hicks. An avid outdoor enthusiast, Hicks is Director, Valdez Operations at Alyeska Pipeline Service Company. He dedicates much of his free time to giving back to Valdez where he is a member of the Valdez Economic Diversification Commission and Prince William Sound College Council. 
Sarah Histand. Sarah's boundless energy and enthusiasm for fitness and the outdoors is an asset to Valdez where she heads up fitness programs for Prince William Sound Community College. She also is Core Team Chair for the Sound Wellness Alliance Network (SWAN).
Josh Miller. Josh teaches trades and industry at Valdez High School. His stoke for adventure and all things outdoors is infectious. 
Brian Teale. A pioneer of all things backcountry in Valdez, Brian got his start opening up climbing routes in Colorado in such now-iconic destinations at the Black Canyon of the Gunnison and Elevenmile Canyon. One of the founders of the Valdez Ice Climbing Festival, countless numbers of first ascents of ice, rock and ski mountaineering descents are attributed to Brian and his partners. Brian is a member of the Valdez Parks and Recreation Commission.


Lee Hart, Executive Director. An avid outdoor enthusiast Lee is convinced all her career experiences were leading to a perfect convergence with Levitation 49. Since 1999, Lee has been a public relations strategist and contractor in the outdoor, snow sports, bike and adventure travel industries. Some of her greatest successes have been with brands such as Jackson Kayak, Mammut and Buff, as well as organizations including the United States Tennis Association, Chaffee County Visitor's Bureau (CO) and Women Grow. Lee loves all things outdoors but especially enjoys mountain biking, climbing and skiing.
